Patrick is going into his 3rd season with the team. He finished last season as an MVP runner-up primarily due to not completing the season. Patrick averaged just under 27pts last season and he's a primary guard for the Novastars of Southern California.
Deon is a Novastars veteran that has been with the team since the mid 2000's and has done a little of everything for the team. Deon plays forward for the Novastars.
Kenny is a 1st year player with the Novastars but he is no stranger to the ABA. A seasoned player from the Oceanside Surf team with time at Chula Vista and now Novastars. Kenny will play Forward for the Novastars this season.
Joseph Morgan aka "Jojo" is a Novastars veteran and will have his college jersey retired into the Morgan State University basketball HOF this year. He plans to evolve into the teams assistant coach next season after passing the torch to the newly recruited young players recently. Jojo plays point/forward for the Novastars as a floor general and versatile member of the team.
Orion is a rookie at the pro level with only high school experience. However his athleticism, defensive tenacity, speed and willingness to learn can't be denied. Orion will play a guard position for the Novastars of Southern California.
Giovanni is a rookie this season to the Novastars and also to the ABA. Gio will play the Center/Forward position for the Novastars this season in his ABA debut.
Dayvon will be in his 2nd year with the Novastars and 2nd year as a pro. Dayvon brings speed and excitement to the game when he's on the floor. Although in his 2nd year Dayvon was a major contributor last season and will play point guard for the Novastars.
Randy is coming into his 2nd year with the team. With some professional experience Randy plays with patience which is critical to help settle anxiety when it surfaces. Randy will play a point guard role with the Novastars in year two.
D'Caran is another rookie the Novastars acquired this off-season and has a solid baskettball background locally. D'Caran was selected as a sharp shooter to help stretch the floor and keep defenses honest. D'Caran will be playing a guard role this season.
Wesley aka "Sidney Dean" is a basketball veteran with a few years as a Novastars player. Wesley helps to teach game time actions under duress to the young players. These lessons are what teach winning. Wesley plays a scoring guard position for Novastars of Southern California.
Andre is a 1st year Novastars player. Andre will provide a presence to help stablize the offense with his ball handling and outside shooting. Andre will play a combination of guard and forward for the Novastars of Southern California.
Isaiah is a seasoned player that is joining the Novastars for the first time. He brings high IQ and inside passing to help break down defenses. Isaiah will play a guard position this season.
Trevion aka "Tre" is a 2 year player learning how to stay effective on the court within his own abilities. He brings rebounding and has improved his outside shooting over the summer. Tre plays a forward position.
Ian is in his 5th year with the Novastars. He has developed over the seasons and will be looking to contribute this season. Ian will play a shooting guard role.
